Payment

Paypal and credit cards are my preferred method of payment as it is the quickest and easiest. I am willing to accept money orders and checks but payment must be received within 10 days of the order or the order will be cancelled.

Shipping

Most items are shipped Priority Mail Flat Rate. This not only makes it easier to figure out the cost but gets it to you in 2 days time. If the item is small enough AND you do not have a time crunch I will look into shipping First Class Mail to see if it will save you any money. I only ship to the US.

Unfortunately I have no control over the postal service and from time to time there will be a delay. Priority Mail states that it will deliver in 2-3 days but they do not guarantee that. Therefore I cannot be held responsible for problems and delays caused by the USPS. Once an item is shipped it is out of my hands and cannot be held accountable for stolen, lost or misplaced items.

Your items are packaged carefully and are shipped in a plastic bag inside the box.. I am also not responsible for damage caused by the USPS.

Please make sure you give me the correct address before sending payment through. If it is shipped to the wrong address due to misinformation I cannot be held responsible. 

If for some reason the item is returned to me due to a wrong address or failure to pick your package up you will be liable for the additional shipping cost to have it redelivered.

Refunds and Exchanges

I cannot refund items that have been personalized, but if there is a problem with the item or I make a mistake ( as all humans do now and then), I will do my best to fix it for you. I take a lot of pride in my work and want my customers to be happy. Please contact me within 2 days of your receipt of the item if there is a problem.

Additional policies and FAQs

ALL items are completed in the order they are received. I do have some rush spots available at certain times but cannot take every single request for a rush order. If we agree on a certain NEED BY date the item MUST be purchased that day in order for that agreement to be met. I could get several orders in a day and ONE day can push your order back that much farther.
Please give me a need by date when ordering so I can plan accordingly.

From time to time a certain ribbon or fabric may be out, unavailable or discontinued. I will always do my best to make the item look the best, but keep that in mind before placing your order.
